HIŠA GIBANICE AND CULINARY SHOP
Hiša gibanice (The House of Gibanica) is entirely dedicated to the two stars of traditonal Slovenian gastronomy: PREKMURSKA and PRLEŠKA GIBANICA, exquisite desserts without which we cannot imagine finishing a great lunch in Slovenian region Pomurje.

Tuesday - Thursday: 9 am - 4 pm
Friday, Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
THE CULINARY SHOP
The culinary shop of Hiša gibanice offers you three types of gibanica: the traditional Prleška and Prekmurska gibanica and the third, the house version HUDO DOBRA gibanica.
You can also choose from a wide selection of delicacies of our brand HUDO DOBRO.
The gibanicas and other delicacies are created by people with disability, handmade from local ingredients.
REFRESHMENT AT THE HIŠA GIBANICE
Take time for a short break on the terrace or in the pleasantness of the Hiša gibanice.
Treat yourself with a piece of your favorite gibanica and refresh with our homemade drink, coffee or tea.

The programs runs from Tuesday to Saturday at 9:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. Advance booking is required.

GIBANICA TASTING
Gibanica Tasting is a unique culinary experience for individuals and organized groups.
You will listen to the story of the gibanica, learn about the main ingredients and the process of preparation. You will taste Prleška and Prekmurska gibanica and delicacies HUDO DOBRO.
Duration of the program: 1 hour
Price of the program:
individuals and groups up to 15 persons - 11,00 EUR/person
groups over 15 persons - 8,00 EUR/person
children up to 3 years for free
children 4 to 10 years -10 %

CULINARY WORKSHOP and TEAMBUILDING
Workshop is a culinary experience for organized groups and it is also great as a teambulding.
In our kitchen you will learn about the main ingredients and prepare traditional Prekmurska gibanica according to a protected recipe. In a relaxed atmosphere we will share with you secrets that only our master bakers know. Your job is to provide a good company, the rest you leave to us. Washing dishes too!
Duration of the program: 2 hours
Price of the program:
for groups of 6 to 30 participants - 27,00 EUR/person
Advance booking is required.
For individuals and groups of up to 15 people, the presentation program with tastings is possible
from Tuesday to Saturday, at 9:00, 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. Appointment reservation is required.
For organized groups, the implementation of programs is also possible outside the scheduled dates.
